This flagship spa building, is located in South Jordan City, Utah. Situated on a flat site with vast 360-degree scenic views, the architecture is conceived as a sanctuary that balances immersion with isolation.
The design unfolds through a series of organic, undulating walls that guide the visitor along meandering corridors; these intentional, meandering corridors within the building curated distinct viewpoints of the mountains while ensuring absolute privacy for patrons within the treatment zones.
Directed the project through successful Schematic Design (SD) approval as Project Lead. Following a year-long hiatus, I led the team in reviving the project and advanced it to the 90% Construction Document (CD90) milestone prior to a client-directed hold.
