Directed this state-led DFCM project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, culminating in its successful 2024 completion. The core of the project involved integrating a 62,000-square-foot addition with an existing 2011 technical campus—a complex coordination effort that required navigating significant site and infrastructural challenges. Additionally, the scope featured the comprehensive adaptive reuse of a standalone pre-engineered metal building. By stripping the structure down to its bare steel skeleton and entirely rebuilding the envelope, we transformed the facility into a state-of-the-art instructional space tailored for emerging trade disciplines.
